Main Street Days / Theme Days

All applications will receive consideration, selection is based on:

Relating to the Theme Day
Booth presentation and appearance
Space availability and nature of accommodation

Need to know & Helpful Hints

Start time: 9:00AM End time: 3:00PM

Setup time: 6:00AM – 8:30AM – if you cannot be at the fairgrounds before 8:30AM, you might not be allowed to proceed to the main event.
All entrants go to Gate 3 – San Pedro & Copper. (San Pedro & Copper – approach from Central)
Generally, one vehicle permitted per vendor. THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS BUT ONLY WITH PERMISSION FROM THE NMSF Coordinator. Contact the coordinator for additional details.
Other vehicles will park in designated lots 8 or special reserved area
Supply your own table(s), chairs, canopy plus one (1) transportation vehicle per vendor. Please let us know if you have any questions/concerns.
Spaces: Most groups are pre-assigned; some are on a first-come first served arrangement. Details will be determined prior to September.
All vendor vehicles parked on Main Street face north and all vendor vehicles parked on Heritage Avenue face west.
Selling anything is prohibited.
No staking of pavement or grass.
Please do not walk away and leave your display unattended. Displays must always be attended.
Please ensure your canopy is weighted down and secure. It MUST include a tag that states the fabric is manufactured with some type of fire rated material and it abides by federal / state codes.
Please do not pack up early or leave early. Our mass exit begins at 3:00PM, we will communicate the exit instructions. Exit north when instructed – assisted by New Mexico State Police and New Mexico State Fair Staff.
Inclement weather: We might ask everyone to prepare to exit earlier than the usual time, if necessary.
