Display Description

You must bring your own tables and chairs
Selling anything or collecting donations is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Do not serve food or drinks
Gratis items are allowed, but please seek prior approval from State Fair officials
Do not walk away or leave your display unattended
No staking on pavement or grass
Do not display any items on trees
Electricity hook ups will not be available
The submission of this form DOES NOT guarantee your organization/agency a space at the fair
The New Mexico State Fair reserves the right to accept or reject any application received via this process

Arrival and set up time - 6:30am - 8:30am
Display vehicles enter at Gate 3 at San Pedro and Copper
Drive to Main Street and turn left
Watch for pedestrians and livestock!
Vehicles not part of display must park at Gate 8 on Louisiana
Be prepared to exit the fairgrounds at 3:00pm
