Arrival and set up time - 6:30am - 7:30am (military and designated displays ONLY)
Display vehicles enter at Gate 3 at San Pedro and Copper
Drive to Main Street and turn left
Watch for pedestrians and livestock!
Vehicles not part of display must park at Gate 8 on Louisiana
Be prepared to exit the fairgrounds at 3:00pm
Every booth allowed a 20ft limit (some expectations are allowed)

Registration Deadline: Friday July 28 or Until Spaces Are Filled
